How each döner is served
They are all carved from the same spit; the difference is on the plate. These are the döner headings on the menu:

- Döner over rice — on a bed of rice pilaf.
- İskender — pide pieces underneath, tomato sauce and melted butter on top, yoghurt on the side.

- Tombik and half bread — in bread, a 60 g portion.
- Güveç döner — baked in a clay pot with tomato and pepper; also available with cheese.
60 g or 120 g
Portions are written in grams on the menu, because “small” and “large” do not mean the same thing to everyone. The 60 g portions (half dürüm, half bread, tombik) are a snack; the 120 g portions (yaprak, over rice, İskender, dürüm) are a full meal.
